How it works

Sign up online
Choose a plan, enter your info and delivery address, agree to the rental terms, and add a card.
We deliver & hook up
Right after checkout, pick a delivery time that works for you. We bring the machines and connect them.
Do laundry
Your card is charged automatically for your plan. If something breaks, text us and we'll take care of it.
Where we deliver
Anywhere within about an hour of Weber State University in Ogden. Not sure if you're in range? Text us your city.

What do I need in my home?
A washer needs hot and cold water hookups and a drain. A dryer needs a dryer outlet (3-prong or 4-prong) or a gas line, plus a vent. You'll tell us which you have when you sign up so we bring the right cord.
When am I charged?
Your first payment is charged when you sign up, then automatically on the same day each billing period: every month for a set, or every 2 months for a single machine.
What if a machine breaks?
Text us. Repairs and replacements are included at no cost, unless the damage was caused by misuse or neglect.
How do I cancel?
Give us 4 weeks' notice by text or email. You'll keep paying until your notice period ends, then we pick up the machines. If you need a pickup with less than 4 weeks' notice, there's a $50 short-notice fee.
What if my card payment fails?
We'll automatically retry your card and email you. If the payment is still unpaid 2 weeks after it was due, a $20 late fee applies and we may pick up the machines.
Is there a deposit or delivery fee?
No. Delivery and setup are free.
I'm moving. Can I take the machines?
Text us before you move. If your new place is in our area, we can usually move them for you. Please don't move them yourself.
